The Pregnancy Center & Clinic of the Low Country (PCCLC) was established in 1990 as a 501(c)3 non-profit organization incorporated in South Carolina to help women and families struggling with pregnancy related issues. Our prenatal Medical Clinics offer free prenatal care through the first sixteen weeks of pregnancy.  We are certified by the South Carolina Free Clinic Association, and are a member of the South Carolina Association of Pregnancy Care Centers; National Institute of Family and Life Advocates (NIFLA); and, Heartbeat International.  

This page offers a simple and convenient way to take part in our Baby Bottle Blessing Campaign—no baby bottles required!

Traditionally, families, friends, and generous supporters fill baby bottles with coins, cash, and checks, which are then counted and deposited at the bank. While that method remains meaningful, this online option makes giving easier while still supporting the same important mission.

Every gift to the Baby Bottle Blessing helps us provide essential pregnancy-related healthcare to women who are uninsured or underinsured. These funds allow us to deliver early and vital prenatal care, ensuring healthier moms and healthier babies in our community. Our locations listed below:

We are firmly committed to our mission to provide pregnancy related healthcare to women in a welcoming, safe, and confidential setting through the first 16 weeks of gestation, and the funds received from our generous donors give us the capacity to respond to changing needs and demographics within the communities we serve.  Since our founding, the PCCLC has assisted over 20,000 uninsured, underinsured, and underserved women in Beaufort and Jasper Counties.
